As a marketer, psychology has always been an interest of Mindy and was the reason she pursued a Ph.D. in General Psychology with an Emphasis in Technology. For years, Mindy has researched and written about persuasion, specifically scarcity, from an academic and practical perspective. She now teaches others how to ethically incorporate persuasion into their businesses through her book (The Power of Scarcity), podcast, blog and keynote presentations.
